Extremely High Fire Danger For Tuesday & Wednesday With Very Warm Temperatures End Of This Week

For Tonight: Clear to partly cloudy skies are expected tonight with low temperatures between 35 and 40 Degrees. Winds will be West at 5 to 10 mph. Extremely High Fire Danger Expected Tuesday: I have a significant concern of the threat for brush fires that’ll be able to not only start easily, but also to be able to spread rapidly. The reason for this is due to the combination of very low relative humidity levels, very gusty west winds and very dry ground conditions. Skies on Tuesday will be sunny to partly sunny with high temperatures between 70 and 75 Degrees. Winds will be West at 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 30-35 mph. Extremely High Fire Danger Expected Once Again On Wednesday: Extremely high fire danger is expected once again during Wednesday as the combination of very low relative humidity levels, gusty northwest winds and very dry ground conditions will lead to both the easy ignition of brush fires and the rapid spread of brush fires. Skies on Wednesday will be partly sunny with high temperatures between 70 and 75 Degrees. Winds will be Northwest at 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 30-35 mph. Thursday Through Friday: A big high pressure system will remain in place over the region for Thursday through Friday. This will lead to not only a continuation of lots of sunshine, but also the introduction of some very warm temperatures. Thursday looks sunny to partly sunny with high temperatures near 80 Degrees. Friday is expected to also be sunny to partly sunny with high temperatures approaching 85 Degrees. I also think that the fire danger on Friday could be extremely high once again due to the possibility of low humidity and gusty winds.
