For Tonight: A frontal system is expected to pass to the north of our area during tonight.
Cloudy skies are expected throughout tonight. In addition, some scattered snow showers can be expected from time to time during tonight. Low temperatures will be between 25 and 30 Degrees. Winds will be South to Southwest at 10 to 20 mph.
Saturday: Some lingering scattered snow showers can be expected during the morning. Skies will then be partly sunny during the afternoon. Additionally, it is expected to be a windy day on Saturday.
High temperatures will be near 45 Degrees. Winds will be West at 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40-50 mph.
Sunday: A generally cloudy day is expected on Sunday. High temperatures will be near 50 Degrees. Winds will be Southeast at 5 to 10 mph.
Around 2 Inches Of Rain Is Expected On Monday & Monday Night: A strong cold front is expected to push through the area by Monday night. Out ahead of this front, it is expected that there will be widespread showers with locally heavy rainfall throughout the day on Monday. Additionally, it will be windy throughout the day on Monday.
Heavy rain with some windy to possibly very windy conditions are expected on Monday night as that strong cold front moves through. Additionally, a couple of thunderstorms are possible Monday night with the passage of that cold front.
Total rainfall amounts during Monday and Monday night are expected to average around 2 inches across the entire area. Most of that rain looks to occur during Monday night as that cold front moves through. The expected 2 inches of total rainfall will definitely be enough to cause some flood concerns along the rivers and streams across Western and Central Mass.
High temperatures Monday will be around 60 Degrees. Low temperatures Monday night will be near 40 Degrees.
Winds on Monday will be Southerly at 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 50 mph. Winds on Monday night will be South at 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 60 mph possible.
Tuesday Through Thursday: Any leftover showers will come to an end during Tuesday morning with partly sunny skies expected during Tuesday afternoon. High temperatures will be near 45 Degrees.
Wednesday looks partly sunny with high temperatures near 40 Degrees.
