Weekend Weather Forecast For Western & Central Mass (Posted Friday Afternoon 4/3/2026)

For Tonight: Generally cloudy skies are expected throughout tonight. Low temperatures will be between 40 and 45 Degrees. Winds will be Southwest at 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph before midnight and West to Northwest at 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph after midnight.

Saturday: A backdoor cold front is expected to push southwestward through Southern New England during Saturday afternoon and Saturday evening. This means that Western Mass will see warmer temperatures as compared to Central Mass. The reason for this is because it’ll take until Saturday evening for the front to reach Western Mass.

Skies will start out with a mixture of sunshine and clouds during Saturday morning. Skies will then become cloudy during Saturday afternoon.

High temperatures Saturday will range from near 55 Degrees across Central Mass to around 65 Degrees across Western Mass.

Winds on Saturday will be East to Northeast at 10 to 15 mph.

Easter Sunday: A cold front is expected to push its way through the area during the day on Sunday.

Skies are expected to be cloudy throughout the day on Sunday. In addition, there will be some scattered showers during the morning and widespread showers during the afternoon.

High temperatures will be near 60 Degrees. Winds will be Southwest at 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph.

Tuesday is expected to be partly sunny with high temperatures between 45 and 50 Degrees.
