Clear to partly cloudy skies are expected for tonight. Low temperatures tonight will be between 30 and 35 Degrees with areas of frost likely & some localized areas seeing a hard freeze.
A sunny day is expected on Saturday with high temperatures between 55 and 60 Degrees.
There is uncertainty surrounding the weather forecast for Sunday and it hinges heavily on the exact track of what is left of Tropical Storm Nestor, which is currently located in the Gulf of Mexico.
It is expected that Nestor will rapidly move northeastward up the East Coast of the United States this weekend and may come close enough to southern New England to bring us rain Sunday afternoon and Sunday evening.
Based on all of the information that I have looked at, I do think that Sunday will start out partly sunny and quite frosty with skies becoming cloudy by midday. Cloudy skies are then expected during Sunday afternoon with rain occurring across areas of Western and Central Mass that are along and south of the Mass Pike during Sunday afternoon and Sunday evening.
North of the Mass Pike, conditions may stay dry throughout Sunday afternoon and Sunday evening, however, this is not a certainty as some of the weather guidance I've looked at shows rain across all of Western and Central Mass on Sunday afternoon and Sunday evening.
All of the rain will end late Sunday night and we will see a partly sunny day on Monday with high temperatures between 60 and 65 Degrees.
I will be watching things closely and will keep you updated with the rain forecast for Sunday afternoon and evening.
