Weekend Weather Forecast For Western & Central Mass

Skies will gradually become partly sunny as the afternoon progresses. In addition, it appears that there will be a few showers and possible thunderstorms moving through during late this afternoon and early this evening. Any showers or thunderstorms will be far and in-between & most areas should stay dry. That said, any of the heavier showers or thunderstorms may produce some brief heavy downpours & some lightning. The timeframe for any showers and thunderstorms looks to be from about 4-5 pm this afternoon until about 8 pm this evening.

Temperatures throughout the rest of this afternoon will be around 80 Degrees. Dew point temperatures will be in the middle 50s. Winds will be West at around 10 mph.

SATURDAY looks sunny to partly sunny with high temperatures between 75 and 80 Degrees. Dew point temperatures will be in the low 50s. Winds will be Northwest at around 10 mph.

SUNDAY is looking dry all day long with any rain holding off until Sunday evening. Skies during the day on Sunday will feature a mixture of sunshine and clouds. High temperatures will be between 75 and 80 Degrees. Dew point temperatures will be in the mid to upper 50s. Winds will be South to Southwest at 7 to 14 mph.

A frontal boundary is expected to push through the area during Sunday night and Monday. This will bring with it widespread shower activity that will occur throughout Sunday night and Monday morning. The showers will then come to an end by Monday afternoon.

TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY both look like decent weather days with partly sunny skies expected both days. High temperatures on both Tuesday and Wednesday will be around 80 Degrees. Dew point temperatures will be in the low 60s on Tuesday and in the mid 60s on Wednesday.

THURSDAY looks to be a cloudy day & it appears that there will be some scattered shower and thunderstorm activity during the afternoon. High temperatures Thursday will be between 80 and 85 Degrees. Dew point temperatures will be in the low 60s.

NEXT FRIDAY will be partly sunny with high temperatures near 75 Degrees. Dew point temperatures will be in the upper 50s.
