For This Afternoon: A mixture of sunshine and clouds can be expected throughout this afternoon. Temperatures will be between 45 and 50 Degrees. Winds will be Southwest at 5 to 10 mph.

Tonight: An area of low pressure and its associated frontal system will begin to push into the area by late tonight.

This means that skies will start out partly cloudy this evening but will become cloudy by after midnight tonight. In addition, it appears that some scattered snow showers will begin to affect Western and Central Mass by just before sunrise Wednesday morning. While I’m not expecting to see any sort of snow accumulation on paved surfaces, it’s possible that a light dusting might occur on grassy and non-pavement surfaces during the hours from just before sunrise Wednesday morning to around sunrise Wednesday morning.

Low temperatures will be between 30 and 35 Degrees. Winds will be Southwest at 10 to 15 mph.

Wednesday: That low pressure system and its associated frontal system will push through the area during the day on Wednesday & this will lead to a fairly gray and dreary day.

A mixture of scattered snow and rain showers can be expected throughout Wednesday morning. I am not expecting to see any sort of snow accumulations with any snow showers that do occur as most of the snow should melt on contact. That said, isolated light dustings of snow are possible on grassy and non-pavement surfaces.

During Wednesday afternoon, I expect to see cloudy skies and there may be an isolated rain shower or two around.

High temperatures will be around 45 Degrees. Winds will be South at 7 to 14 mph.

Thursday: An upper level low pressure is expected to be located over New England during Thursday.

This means that a mixture of some sunshine and lots of clouds can be expected throughout the day Thursday. High temperatures will be between 55 and 60 Degrees. Winds will be Northwest at 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph.

Friday: Partly sunny skies can be expected throughout Friday with high temperatures between 55 and 60 Degrees.

This Weekend: Saturday looks to be a sunny day with high temperatures near 60 Degrees.

Sunday is expected to be partly sunny with high temperatures near 60 Degrees.
