Early Tuesday Evening Weather Update For Western & Central Mass

Hey, it's snowing out there!!

A burst of steady light snow is currently pushing its way across the region with the steadiest of snow now falling across the Worcester Hills & along the Mass Pike between about Palmer and Grafton. This snow has put down a coating of snow across Central Mass,, including here in Sturbridge.

Additional light snow looks to continue across the entire area for the next 2-3 hours or so. With temperatures now below freezing across the area, some slick spots on area roads are possible, especially in the Worcester Hills where the steadiest of snow is expected.

Upwards of around one inch of snow accumulation look possible across the Berkshires and across Central Mass. Only a light coating of snow looks to occur across the Pioneer Valley of Western Mass where the valley location is keeping the precip type more of a rain-snow mix.
