Dry & Very Warm Weather Is Expected To Continue Through Friday Across Western & Central Mass

For This Afternoon & Tonight: An area of high pressure is expected to continue to control the weather throughout this afternoon and tonight.

Lots of sunshine can be expected throughout this afternoon. Temperatures will be around 85 Degrees. Winds will be West at around 10 mph.

Tonight will be clear with low temperatures between 55 and 60 Degrees. Winds will be West at 10 to 15 mph.

Friday: A very warm to hot day is expected on Friday. Fortunately, the humidity levels look to be very tolerable with dew point temperatures expected to be in the low to mid 50s.

Skies throughout the day on Friday will be sunny. High temperatures will be between 85 and 90 Degrees. Winds will be West at 10 to 15 mph.

Saturday: A cold front is expected to push southeastward across southern Ontario and southern Quebec province into northern New England during the day on Saturday. This front is then expected to potentially push into Southern New England by Saturday evening.

Skies are expected to start out sunny to partly sunny during the morning. An increase in clouds are then expected during Saturday afternoon. In addition, there is the possibility for some scattered showers and thunderstorms by late Saturday afternoon and Saturday evening. A couple of the thunderstorms could be on the strong side and be capable of producing gusty winds and locally torrential downpours.

High temperatures Saturday will be near 85 Degrees. It will be a little more humid as compared to Friday with dew point temperatures in the low to mid 60s. Winds will be West to Southwest at 10 to 20 mph.

Sunday: It appears that the frontal system will stall over southern New England. At the same time this is occurring, a weak low pressure will form off of the Cape. This will lead to a unsettled day in terms of weather for Sunday.

Cloudy skies are expected on Sunday and there will be on and off showers throughout the day. It’s also possible that there could be a thunderstorm or two around during the afternoon. High temperatures will be near 75 Degrees.

Monday & Tuesday: Some much drier weather is expected for both Monday and Tuesday.

Partly sunny skies are expected on Monday with high temperatures near 75 Degrees.

Tuesday looks sunny with high temperatures between 75 and 80 Degrees.
