For The Rest Of This Afternoon: A gorgeous rest of the afternoon in terms of weather is expected across the entire area as a high pressure system controls the weather.
Lots of sunshine can be expected with temperatures between 80 and 85 Degrees. Winds will be West to Northwest at 7 to 15 mph.
Tonight & Monday: Clear skies are expected throughout tonight with low temperatures between 60 and 65 Degrees. Winds will be West to Northwest at 5 to 10 mph.
Monday looks to be another quiet weather day, albeit it will be warm and humid. Skies throughout the day on Monday will be sunny to partly sunny with high temperatures between 85 and 90 Degrees. Heat index readings will be between 90 and 95 Degrees. Winds will be South to Southwest at 5 to 10 mph.
Tuesday: Another warm and humid day is expected on Tuesday with high temperatures near 85 Degrees and heat index readings of 90 to 95 Degrees.
It is expected that a cold front will push through the region during the late afternoon and evening hours. The combination of the forcing and energy from this front & the presence of a unstable atmosphere is likely to lead to an environment that’s favorable for thunderstorm development, some of which might be on the strong side.
So, there may be some morning showers and perhaps a thunderstorm or two with the passage of a warm front. These showers should move out by late morning with a period of dry weather & a mixture of sunshine and clouds during the afternoon.
A line of scattered thunderstorms connected to the cold front is anticipated to move through the entire area during the late afternoon and evening hours of Tuesday. Some of the thunderstorms might be on the strong side and be capable of producing wind gusts of up to 40-60 mph, torrential downpours and frequent lightning.
Wednesday & Thursday: Wednesday looks to be a sunny day with high temperatures between 85 and 90 Degrees, but with less humidity.
Thursday is expected to be partly sunny & there may be a few showers and thunderstorms during the afternoon as a piece of energy crosses the region. High temperatures will be near 85 Degrees.

The Fourth Of July looks sunny to partly sunny with high temperatures between 80 and 85 Degrees.
Saturday is expected to be partly sunny with high temperatures between 80 and 85 Degrees.
