This Afternoon: It is going to be a rainy & gloomy afternoon across all of Western and Central Mass as a strong cold front continues to push its way across the area.
Widespread showers can be expected throughout this afternoon with temperatures that'll stay between 45 and 50 Degrees. Winds will be Northwest at 10 to 20 mph.
The widespread showers are expected to come to an end by about 6-8 pm this evening as that cold front pushes offshore. Skies during the overnight hours of tonight will be partly cloudy. Low temperatures will be between 30 and 35 Degrees. Winds will be West at 10 to 15 mph.
Monday looks like it will be a chilly and windy day & there will be the chance for a few rain or even snow showers during the afternoon.
Skies during the day on Monday will start out partly sunny first thing in the morning, but will quickly become cloudy. In addition, there will be a few rain and even sleet and snow showers during the afternoon. High temperatures will be near 45 Degrees. Winds will be West to Northwest at 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph.
Monday Night: If you have any susceptible outdoor plants, you might want to cover them or bring them in for Monday night as a freeze is very likely. Skies on Monday night will start out mostly cloudy, but will quickly become clear. Low temperatures will be near 25 Degrees. Winds will be North to Northwest at 5 to 10 mph.
Tuesday looks to be a sunny day with high temperatures between 45 and 50 Degrees. Winds will be Northwest at 5 to 10 mph in the morning and Southwest at 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon.
