Clear to partly cloudy skies are expected throughout the rest of Tonight with low temperatures between 50 and 55 Degrees.
Thursday will start out sunny to partly sunny, but skies will become cloudy by afternoon. I think that any showers will hold off until evening, so dry weather looks likely all day Thursday. High temperatures will be between 70 and 75 Degrees.
Shower activity will be on the increase during Thursday Night with Friday looking like a pretty wet day with widespread showers and scattered thunderstorms likely. I think that the most widespread and heaviest shower and thunderstorm activity should occur during Friday morning into early Friday afternoon. Shower activity should become more scattered by later Friday afternoon and Friday evening.
Low temperatures Thursday night will be between 60 and 65 Degrees. High temperatures Friday will be near 70 Degrees.
The weekend looks nice with a mixture of sunshine and clouds expected on Saturday and partly sunny skies expected for Sunday. High temperatures will be near 75 Degrees on Saturday. High temperatures Sunday will also be near 75 Degrees.
Looking towards the tropics, I'm still closely watching Tropical Storm Franklin. The storm is expected to head northward over the next several days and current indications are that more than likely it should remain far enough south and east of our area to not be a problem next week. That said, this storm still needs to be watched closely in case it tries to track closer to our area than what's being forecast right now. There are a couple of weather model guidance that show a possible close enough pass to give us some effects in the way of rain around the middle part of next week. Again though, more than likely, Franklin probably will not be a threat to our area.
