Our Stretch Of Nice Weather Will Continue Through This Weekend & Into Next Week Across Western & Central Mass

For This Afternoon & Tonight: A strong storm system is currently sitting about 300 miles or so to the southeast of Nantucket. The only impacts this storm system will continue to have on our weather here in Western and Central Mass is some gusty northerly winds this afternoon.

Lots of sunshine can be expected throughout this afternoon. Temperatures will be around 60 Degrees. Winds will be North at 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph.

Clear skies can be expected throughout tonight with low temperatures near 35 Degrees. Winds will be North at 10 to 20 mph.

Friday & Friday Night: As that strong storm system moves away into the open North Atlantic, a big high pressure system will build into the area for Friday.

Lots of sunshine can be expected throughout the day on Friday. High temperatures will be between 55 and 60 Degrees. Winds will be North at 7 to 15 mph.

Friday night looks clear with low temperatures between 30 and 35 Degrees. Winds will be North to Northwest at around 10 mph.

This Weekend: A beautiful weekend in terms of weather is expected across Western & Central Mass as that high pressure system continues to control the weather. This will coincide with peak foliage which is now just beginning to occur across much of Western and Central Mass. Peak foliage can be expected through this weekend into next week across Western & Central Mass.

Saturday will be sunny with high temperatures between 55 and 60 Degrees.

Sunday looks sunny with high temperatures around 60 Degrees.

Monday Through Next Thursday: It appears that high pressure will control our weather through much of next week. This means that our stretch of nice weather will continue for at least the next week & it’s actually possible that this stretch of nice weather could last through Halloween.

Monday looks partly sunny with high temperatures near 65 Degrees.

Tuesday looks sunny with high temperatures near 55 Degrees.

Wednesday is expected to be partly sunny with high temperatures between 50 and 55 Degrees.

Next Thursday looks partly sunny with high temperatures between 55 and 60 Degrees.
