Widespread Showers Late Tonight Will Be Followed By Lower Amounts Of Humidity This Weekend

Tonight: An area of low pressure is expected to track from the Mid-Atlantic coast this evening to near the Cape late tonight. It appears that this low pressure system will bring with it some widespread showers, mainly after midnight, across much of Central Mass and across parts of Western Mass. Widespread showers are expected to overspread much of Central Mass just a little after midnight tonight and then continue until about 4-5 am when the showers should end. Across Western Mass, it appears that the widespread shower activity should be limited to areas of the lower Pioneer Valley that are near and especially east of I-91 from about 1-2 am until about 3-4 am tonight. Areas of the upper Pioneer Valley will probably miss out on the shower activity, although, a couple of showers cannot be ruled out after midnight tonight. Low temperatures tonight will be near 65 Degrees. Winds will be west to northwest at 10 to 20 mph. Saturday: A much less humid day is expected on Saturday with dew point temperatures in the 50s. Additionally, lots of sunshine is expected with high temperatures between 80 and 85 Degrees. Winds will be west at 10 to 20 mph. Sunday: Lots of sunshine is expected on Sunday with comfortable humidity levels. High temperatures will be near 85 Degrees. Winds will be West at 5 to 10 mph. Monday: Unfortunately, more humid conditions are expected to creep back into the area with dew point temperatures in the low to mid 60s. Skies will be partly sunny and it’ll be very warm with high temperatures between 85 and 90 Degrees. Tuesday: A generally partly sunny day is expected on Tuesday. That said, I’ll be keeping an eye on a frontal boundary to our west which could bring a late day shower or thunderstorm. At this point though, it doesn’t look like a washout at all and many areas probably wont even see rain. It will be very warm and humid with high temperatures between 85 and 90 Degrees. Wednesday: A sunny to partly sunny day with very warm and humid conditions are expected. High temperatures will be between 85 and 90 Degrees. Thursday & Next Friday: Hot and quite humid weather is anticipated for late next week across the entire area. Thursday looks sunny, hot and humid with high temperatures between 90 and 95 Degrees. Next Friday is expected to be partly sunny, hot and humid with high temperatures between 90 and 95 Degrees.
