Showers & Isolated Thunderstorms With Small Hail Will Continue Through This Afternoon

For This Afternoon: An area of showers with isolated thunderstorms are now pushing northward into the area at the time of this writing. This means that fairly widespread showers can be expected throughout this afternoon. In addition, there’s the possibility for an isolated thunderstorm or two. Any of the really heavier showers or thunderstorms may produce some small hail. Temperatures this afternoon will be around 50 Degrees. Winds will be South at 10 to 20 mph. Tonight: Any remaining showers will come to an end this evening with some partial clearing possible during the overnight hours. Low temperatures will be between 40 and 45 Degrees. Winds will be South at 5 to 10 mph. Wednesday: A very pesky upper level low pressure system will control the weather during Wednesday. This means that another round of scattered showers can be expected from about mid to late morning through the afternoon hours of Wednesday. An isolated afternoon thunderstorm or two is also a possibility. High temperatures will be near 55 Degrees. Winds will be Southeast at 5 to 10 mph. Thursday Through Friday: That upper level low pressure system will gradually move away during Thursday and Friday. It’ll still be close enough to produce some shower activity on both Thursday afternoon and Friday afternoon. Thursday looks cloudy with some scattered afternoon showers. High temperatures will be near 50 Degrees. Winds will be Northeast at 10 to 20 mph. Friday also looks cloudy with some scattered afternoon showers. High temperatures will be near 55 Degrees.
