Western & Central Mass Forecast For The Weekend & The Fourth Of July

The last of the thunderstorms is about to exit Central Mass and we'll be left with a quiet night and a quiet, but warm and humid couple of days across the entire area.

Generally cloudy skies with perhaps some breaks in the clouds are expected Tonight. Low temperatures will be between 60 and 65 Degrees.

Thursday & Friday both look like quiet days under partly sunny skies on Thursday and sunny to partly sunny skies on Friday. High temperatures will be between 80 and 85 Degrees on Thursday. High temperatures Friday will be near 85 Degrees. In terms of humidity, Thursday looks like a humid day, but lower humidity levels look likely for Friday.

Turning To This Weekend: Current indications point towards Saturday being the better weather day and Sunday looking quite unsettled.

Saturday looks like it’ll feature a mixture of sunshine and clouds with high temperatures near 80 Degrees.

A frontal boundary is forecast to push through the area during the day on Sunday. In addition, a wave of low pressure may try to form along this front, which could enhance the rainfall. This all means that I expect widespread showers and scattered thunderstorms during Sunday, especially in the afternoon. It will be very humid with high temperatures near 75 Degrees.

Looking Towards The Fourth Of July - It appears that scattered showers will persist into at least part of Monday with the Fourth of July still looking dry under partly sunny skies. High temperatures Monday will be between 80 and 85 Degrees. High temperatures for the Fourth of July will be between 80 and 85 Degrees. Unfortunately, both days also look humid.
