For Tonight: A frontal system is expected to push across the region this evening before moving to the east late tonight. The front this evening will bring with it some rain shower activity throughout this evening right through midnight or so. These showers will come to an end very late tonight with some clearing expected by sunrise Sunday morning. Temperatures tonight will be between 35 and 40 Degrees. Winds will become North at 10 to 20 mph. Sunday: A sunny to partly sunny and windy day is expected on Sunday. High temperatures will be between 50 and 55 Degrees. Winds will be West at 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph. Monday: Another sunny to partly sunny day is expected on Monday with high temperatures near 55 Degrees. Winds will be Northwest at 10 to 20 mph. Monday Night Into Tuesday: An area of low pressure is expected to pass south of Southern New England during Monday night. I don’t think that this storm will be a big deal in terms of producing significant amounts of snow and rain. What this storm will probably do is bring a period of mixed light rain and light snow during Monday night that lasts into the very first part of Tuesday morning. Any snow accumulation will be quite light with perhaps one inch or less of snow. Any leftover clouds and light snow and rain will end just after sunrise Tuesday morning with sunshine returning by late morning to early afternoon. Partly sunny skies will then be expected throughout the afternoon on Tuesday. Low temperatures Monday night will be near 35 Degrees. High temperatures Tuesday will be between 45 and 50 Degrees. Wednesday and Thursday: A partly sunny day is expected on Wednesday with high temperatures between 45 and 50 Degrees. It appears that a frontal system will move through the area during Wednesday night. This means that some scattered snow shower activity looks possible during Wednesday night. Low temperatures will be near 30 Degrees. Sunshine returns on Thursday with high temperatures near 45 Degrees. Friday Through Next Weekend: Wet weather looks to return for late next week into next weekend as we turn the calendar page from March to April. Clouds look to increase during the day Friday with rain expected for Friday night and next Saturday. Rain ends by Saturday night with sunshine returning for next Sunday. High temperatures Friday will be near 50 Degrees. Low temperatures Friday night will be near 40 Degrees. High temperatures next Saturday will be near 55 Degrees. High temperatures next Sunday will be near 55 Degrees.
