Rest Of This Week’s Weather Forecast For Western & Central Mass

For This Afternoon: A very pleasant afternoon is expected across Western and Central Mass with partly sunny skies expected and temperatures around 65 Degrees. Tonight: An upper level low pressure system is expected to move across Southern New England tonight bringing with it cloudy skies. In addition, some scattered showers are expected between about 11 pm tonight and 6 am Thursday morning. Low temperatures tonight will be near 45 Degrees. Thursday: That upper level low pressure system will slowly move to the east on Thursday, but will still be close enough to bring a mixture of sunshine and clouds throughout the day Thursday. In addition, some isolated showers and maybe even a thunderstorm can be expected during the afternoon on Thursday. High temperatures Thursday will be near 60 Degrees. Thursday Night: High pressure is expected to build into the area during Thursday night. This means that the combination of clear skies and light winds on Thursday night will lead to some chilly temperatures. Low temperatures Thursday night will be between 38 and 42 Degrees. It should be noted that the some of the normally really cold spots could see a touch of frost late Thursday night and early Friday morning. Friday: An area of high pressure will provide a sunny day across Western and Central Mass on Friday. High temperatures Friday will be near 65 Degrees. Weather Forecast For This Weekend: Saturday looks like the nicer of the two days this weekend with lots of sunshine expected. High temperatures Saturday will be between 65 and 70 Degrees. A slow moving frontal system pushing eastward from the Ohio Valley will lead to increasing clouds on Sunday with some scattered showers during the afternoon. High temperatures Sunday will be near 65 Degrees.
