Rain continues to fall across all of Central Mass and across a most of Western Mass at the time of this writing. The exception is the western hilltowns of Western Mass and the Berkshires where it's still snowing.
The rain is expected to come to an end around midday and we will be left with scattered showers this afternoon that'll change from rain showers to snow showers.
By this evening, there's the possibility for a snow squall or two between about 7 pm and 9 pm and this possibility is something that we will keep an eye on.
In addition, temperatures will reach their high temperatures for the day within the next couple of hours with readings of 41 to 46 Degree expected. Those temperatures will fall through the 30s this afternoon. This means that you may want to remove any leftover snow and slush from your driveways, parking lots and sidewalks before about 3 pm because it'll begin to freeze up again by late this afternoon.
Skies will finally begin to clear out after midnight tonight with low temperatures near 20 Degrees. A sunny day is expected on Tuesday with windy conditions. High temperatures Tuesday will be near 25 Degrees. West winds will gust up to 35 to 40 mph at times during the day on Tuesday.
