Hot Weather Continues Through Wednesday Across Western & Central Mass

After a clear, very warm and humid night across the area tonight, Monday is shaping up to be another hot and sunny day with high temperatures of around 95 Degrees. There could be a late day very isolated shower or thunderstorm, but most, if not all of the area will be missed by any of this activity.

Tuesday looks like another hot day under partly sunny skies. During the afternoon and evening, I think that we will see some scattered shower and thunderstorm activity. Any thunderstorm activity will be accompanied by gusty winds and some very frequent lightning. High temperatures Tuesday will be near 90 Degrees.

More hot weather is expected on Wednesday with high temperatures of near 90 Degrees expected. A frontal boundary will push across the area during the afternoon and evening bringing with it showers and thunderstorms. Some of the thunderstorms could be on the strong to possibly severe side with strong wind gusts, torrential downpours and frequent lightning possible.

Once this front passes, cooler weather is expected for Thursday and Friday with a mixture of sunshine and clouds expected. High temperatures Thursday will be near 80 Degrees and high temperatures Friday will be near 75 Degrees.
