Coldest Weather So Far This Season Expected On Tuesday Across Western & Central Mass

For The Rest Of Today: A frontal boundary is expected to push across the region this afternoon. Clouds are expected to hang tough through the early and mid-afternoon hours. Once the front moves through, skies likely will become partly cloudy towards late afternoon with a gusty west to northwest wind expected. Even though a majority of this afternoon will be cloudy, it appears that it will be dry with all of the rain now done. Temperatures this afternoon are expected to fall from the upper 40s to low 50s at around midday to the lower 40s by late this afternoon. West to northwest winds are expected to gust up to 20 to 30 mph at times this afternoon. Tonight: An area of high pressure will gradually push into the region tonight. This means that skies will be partly cloudy and low temperatures will be between 25 and 30 Degrees. A west to northwest wind is expected to gust up to 20 to 25 mph at times tonight leading to wind chill temperatures to hover in the teens tonight. Tuesday: It looks likely that Tuesday will be the coldest day so far this season even though skies will feature quite a bit of sunshine throughout the day. High temperatures Tuesday will struggle to make it to between 35 and 40 Degrees. A northwest wind gusting up to 30 to 35 mph at times during the day on Tuesday will produce wind chill temperatures in the 20s throughout the day. Tuesday Night: Clear skies with cold temperatures are expected on Tuesday night. Low temperatures will be between 20 and 25 Degrees. Wednesday: A sunny and chilly day is expected across the region on Wednesday. High temperatures Wednesday will be near 40 Degrees. Thanksgiving Day: A really nice day is expected on Thanksgiving Day with plenty of sunshine expected and high temperatures near 55 Degrees. Friday Through Sunday: Another frontal system is expected to push across Western and Central Mass during Friday. It is likely that this front will bring a round of rain showers to the area during the morning that will change to some scattered snow showers in the afternoon, especially in the Worcester Hills and the Berkshires. Temperatures on Friday will reach their maximum for the day during the morning with readings near 45 Degrees expected. Temperatures are likely to fall into the 30s during Friday afternoon. A cold weekend is expected with gusty west to northwest winds expected. Saturday is expected to be sunny with high temperatures between 35 and 40 Degrees with a gusty west to northwest wind producing wind chill temperatures in the 20s. Sunday is expected to be partly sunny with high temperatures near 40 Degrees with that gusty west to northwest wind continuing.
