For This Afternoon: An Arctic cold front is expected to cross the region during this afternoon bringing with it the possibility of some isolated snow showers.

Skies during this afternoon will feature varying amounts of cloud cover. In addition, I do think that there may be some isolated snow showers that accompany the front as it moves through this afternoon.

Temperatures during this afternoon will be near 35 Degrees early this afternoon, but will fall quickly into the 20s by mid and late afternoon.

Winds will be West to Northwest at 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 40 mph.

Tonight: Windy conditions are expected during this evening with decreasing winds expected during the after midnight hours. In addition, temperatures will be quite cold with even colder wind chill temperatures.

Skies during tonight will be clear with low temperatures of around 5 Degrees. Winds will be Northwest at 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph before midnight and Northwest at 6 to 12 mph after midnight.

Friday: An area of high pressure will control the weather throughout the day on Friday.

Lots of sunshine can be expected throughout the day on Friday with high temperatures between 24 and 29 Degrees. Winds will be Southwest at 6 to 12 mph.

This Weekend: A trough of low pressure is expected to move across the area during late Friday night and Saturday morning. It’s possible that there could be just enough moisture with this trough to produce some scattered snow shower activity during late Friday night and Saturday morning. Little or no snow accumulation is expected.

Once that trough moves to the east, skies will remain cloudy during Saturday afternoon. High temperatures will be between 34 and 39 Degrees. Winds will be Southwest at 6 to 12 mph.

Sunday looks partly sunny with high temperatures around 40 Degrees.

Another Arctic cold front is expected to push through the area during Sunday night. This front will be accompanied by some scattered snow showers during the night on Sunday night.

Monday Through Next Thursday: Another shot of some pretty cold temperatures are expected during Monday and Tuesday.

Monday looks sunny with high temperatures near 30 Degrees.

Tuesday looks partly sunny with high temperatures near 30 Degrees.

Turning to Wednesday and Thursday, it appears that some sort of a weak low pressure system will pass through the area bringing with it the possibility of some mixed light snow and rain during Wednesday night and Thursday morning.
