2:15 pm Thunderstorm Update

Thunderstorms with downpours and lightning continues to occur across many areas around the Worcester Metro southward into the I-395 and Route 146 corridors. Thunderstorms with downpours and lightning are also occurring across areas near and south of the Mass Pike from Charlton and Sturbridge westward through the Springfield Metro into the Berkshires.

All of these thunderstorms are heading in a east to east-southeasterly direction and will be an issue for at least the next hour or so, especially in areas that are located near and south of the Mass Pike as these storms seem to be paralleling the Mass Pike right now.
