For Tonight: Partly cloudy skies are expected tonight with low temperatures near 35 Degrees. Winds will be South at 7 to 15 mph. Thursday & Thursday Night: Quiet weather can be expected throughout Thursday and Thursday night. Sunny to partly sunny skies are expected on Thursday with high temperatures between 55 and 60 Degrees. Winds will be West at 5 to 10 mph. Clear to partly cloudy skies are expected for Thursday night with low temperatures between 35 and 40 Degrees. Winds will be Southwest at 5 to 10 mph. Friday Through Saturday: Dry weather looks to continue through the day on Friday before the weather becomes a little more active during Friday night and Saturday. A frontal boundary is expected to push southeastward through New England during Friday night and Saturday morning. At the same time this is occurring, a coastal storm system is expected to push northeastward and pass fairly far to the east of the Cape during the day on Saturday. At this time, it appears that all rain will come from the frontal boundary as the coastal storm looks to stay too far to the east to really affect us. Friday looks partly sunny with high temperatures between 60 and 65 Degrees. Winds will be Southwest at 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph. Skies will become cloudy during Friday evening with widespread rain showers expected after midnight Friday night. Low temperatures will be between 50 and 55 Degrees. Widespread rain showers are expected to continue throughout the day on Saturday. Temperatures on Saturday will hold steady between 50 and 55 Degrees. Total rainfall amounts from late Friday night through Saturday are expected to range between one quarter of an inch (0.25”) and one half of an inch (0.50”). Sunday: An area of high pressure is expected to push into the area during Sunday. Skies on Sunday will be partly sunny with high temperatures near 45 Degrees. Thanksgiving Week Weather Outlook: The weather next week looks more stormy as compared to this week. In addition, we are going to have to keep close tabs on some pretty cold temperatures that may try to infiltrate the region during Thanksgiving weekend. Monday and Tuesday look dry with no weather issues expected. High temperatures both days will be between 40 and 45 Degrees. I am going to be keeping close watch on a pretty robust storm system that’ll push through New England during Wednesday bringing rain to the entire area. The rain could be heavy at times. If you have travel plans on Wednesday, be aware that slow going is likely due to rainy conditions. High temperatures Wednesday will be near 45 Degrees. A look at Thanksgiving Day reveals that skies will be partly sunny and it could be kind of chilly. High temperatures will be between 35 and 40 Degrees. Next Friday also looks partly sunny with high temperatures between 35 and 40 Degrees. Next weekend currently looks chilly with high temperatures on both next Saturday and next Sunday remaining in the 30s. In addition, things should remain dry next weekend, but this is still a 10-plus day forecast and things can change, for sure.
