Winds this afternoon will be west at 7 to 15 mph. Tonight: Partly cloudy skies are expected tonight as an area of high pressure pushes over the area. Low temperatures tonight will be between 40 and 45 Degrees. Winds tonight will be west at 6 to 12 mph. Wednesday: An area of high pressure will start to push to the east during the morning with a warm front approaching from the southwest during the afternoon. Skies on Wednesday morning will be partly sunny with a mixture of sunshine and clouds during Wednesday afternoon. In addition, some scattered showers are expected during the afternoon, especially north of the Mass Pike. High temperatures Wednesday will be between 65 and 70 Degrees. Wednesday Night: That warm front will push northward through the area during Wednesday night. It is expected that showers will be on the increase by about midnight Wednesday night with fairly widespread showers expected after midnight Wednesday night. In addition, a couple of isolated thunderstorms are also possible after midnight Wednesday night. Low temperatures Wednesday night will be near 50 Degrees. Winds on Wednesday night will be south at 7 to 14 mph. Thursday: We are expected to be in the warm sector in between a warm front to the northeast and a cold front to the west throughout Thursday. Showers will come to an end around sunrise Thursday morning with a mixture of lots of clouds and some sunshine expected throughout the day Thursday. Showers and a few thunderstorms are expected to push into Western Mass during the late afternoon and early evening hours of Thursday. This shower and thunderstorm activity is then expected to overspread Central Mass during the 9 pm to midnight time frame Thursday evening. The shower and thunderstorm activity is expected to come to an end after midnight Thursday night. High temperatures Thursday will be around 70 Degrees. Low temperatures Thursday night will be near 45 Degrees. Friday & Saturday: An area of high pressure pushes into the area for Friday with partly sunny skies expected. High temperatures Friday will be near 65 Degrees. A cold front is expected to approach the area during Saturday. Skies will start out partly sunny on Saturday with cloudy skies expected during the afternoon. In addition, scattered showers are expected during Saturday afternoon. High temperatures Saturday will be between 60 and 65 Degrees. Sunday and Monday: That frontal system will be offshore during Sunday with a northwesterly wind flow expected. This means that skies on Sunday will be partly sunny with high temperatures between 50 and 55 Degrees. Monday is expected to be partly sunny with high temperatures near 55 Degrees.
