Relatively Quiet Weather Is Expected Through This Weekend Across Western & Central Mass

For Tonight: After an active several days of weather, it looks like we’re going to have astretch of quiet weather that lasts not only through this weekend, but into early next week. Skies tonight will be generally cloudy, but there will be some breaks in the clouds at times. Low temperatures will be near 25 Degrees. Winds will be West at 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 to 40 mph. Friday: An area of high pressure will begin to nose into the region during Friday bringing with it partly sunny skies throughout the day. There’s the possibility for an isolated snow shower or two during the mid and late afternoon hours across the Worcester Hills and across the Berkshires. High temperatures will be between 35 and 40 Degrees. Winds will be West at 5 to 10 mph. Saturday: Skies during Saturday will be cloudy and there may be some very isolated snow showers during the morning as a weak frontal system moves through. High temperatures will be between 40 and 45 Degrees. Winds will be Southwest at 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph. Sunday Through Tuesday: A relatively weak frontal system is expected to move through the region during Sunday night. Sunday is expected to be cloudy with high temperatures near 45 Degrees. Sunday night looks cloudy and there may be some scattered snow showers around as that frontal system moves through. Low temperatures will be near 30 Degrees. Monday looks like it’ll feature a mixture of sunshine and clouds with high temperatures between 35 and 40 Degrees. Turning to Tuesday, it appears that skies will be partly sunny with high temperatures between 35 and 40 Degrees.
