More Beautiful Weather Is Expected For The Rest Of Today

For The Rest Of Today: Another beautiful day is expected across Western and Central Mass with sunny skies forecast. High temperatures this afternoon will be between 80 and 85 Degrees with very low humidity levels.

Tonight: Clear skies are expected for tonight with low temperatures near 50 Degrees.

Monday: Skies will start out partly sunny Monday morning, however, skies will become cloudy by the afternoon as a warm front begins to approach the area from the south. Some fairly widespread showers will overspread Western Mass by mid-afternoon Monday with showers moving into central Mass during the late afternoon hours.

High temperatures Monday will be between 75 and 80 Degrees with increasing amounts of humidity.

Monday Night looks wet as a warm front will first move across the region Monday evening and a cold front will then begin to approach the area from the west late Monday night. This means that widespread showers and maybe a thunderstorm can be expected during Monday evening.

A break in the shower activity is expected late Monday night through sunrise Tuesday morning.

Low temperatures Monday night will be between 60 and 65 Degrees.

Tuesday: That cold front is expected to cross Western and Central Mass during the late morning and early afternoon hours of Tuesday. This cold front will bring with it a line of showers and a couple of thunderstorms between about 9 am and 2 pm Tuesday. Once that cold front moves through, some sunshine can be expected during the mid and late afternoon hours of Tuesday.

High temperatures Tuesday will be around 70 Degrees.

Wednesday: An area of high pressure will bring sunny skies for Wednesday with high temperatures between 75 and 80 Degrees.

Thursday: Another frontal system will approach the area from the west. This means that skies on Thursday will be cloudy and there will probably be some shower activity during the afternoon. One thing that we are going to have to watch for is whether an area of low pressure develops along this front. If a low pressure system does form, it could lead to a steady rain falling across the region during Thursday afternoon into Thursday night.

High temperatures Thursday will be near 70 Degrees.

Friday: That cold front will very slowly move across southern New England Friday. This means that cloudy skies and some lingering showers will persist during Friday morning with gradual clearing expected during Friday afternoon.

High temperatures Friday will be near 75 Degrees.
