All of the thunderstorms have now moved out of the area and we are good for the rest of the night.
Wednesday: It does look like one more round of thunderstorms awaits us during the very late afternoon and evening hours of Wednesday as a strong cold front sweeps across the region.
Current indications seem to suggest that a line of thunderstorms, some of which will be strong to severe, will move their way across Western and Central Mass between about 5-6 pm and 10-11 pm Wednesday. Obviously, a more specific time line of exactly when the thunderstorms will move through will be ironed out as we get into the daytime hours of Wednesday and we see how things progress.
As I have mentioned, some of the thunderstorms will be strong to severe capable of producing wind gusts of up to 45-65 mph, torrential downpours and frequent lightning.
It will be another hot and quite humid day on Wednesday with high temperatures between 90 and 95 Degrees.
Fortunately though, that cold front will usher in some much drier and slightly cooler air for Thursday and Friday.
Thursday looks to start out cloudy with some scattered showers to start with, but skies will become partly sunny during the afternoon. High temperatures will be near 85 Degrees with conditions becoming gradually less humid during the afternoon.
Friday is expected to be sunny to partly sunny with some comfortable humidity levels. High temperatures will be near 85 Degrees.
Both Saturday and Sunday look partly sunny with high temperatures Saturday near 85 Degrees and high temperatures Sunday between 85 and 90 Degrees. Fortunately, the humidity levels should still be relatively comfortable.
